An international reputation for excellent cuisine, fostered and maintained by the Lodge's owners Harrie and Barbara Geraerts, is backed by 32 years of international experience with membership of the renowed French hospitality organisation, Chaine des Rotisseurs.
Fantail Lodge's cuisine was also recognised by the New Zealand Truffle Association which chose Harrie to prepare and serve New Zealand's first commercially-grown truffles. But there is more than just a culinary experience. Harrie is a warm and personable host, and is always on hand to make his guests feel personally welcome.
